Who is FOTIVO designed for?
FOTIVO is built for e-commerce store owners, digital marketers, brand managers, and creative agencies who need high-quality product imagery without the logistical nightmare of renting studios or hiring models.
How is this different from tools like Midjourney or ChapGPT?
Generic AI tools are "slot machines"—you pull the lever and hope for the best. FOTIVO is a Virtual Studio. We give you granular control over camera optics (focal length, angle), specific lighting rigs (e.g., Volumetric, Soft Light), and brand consistency. We prioritize product integrity over random artistic flair, ensuring your product looks exactly like your product.
Do I own the images I generate?
Yes. As a subscriber, you own the full commercial rights to every image you generate on FOTIVO. You can use them immediately for Etsy listings, Facebook Ads, your Shopify store, Amazon listings, or print materials without attribution.

Absolutely. You are the Art Director. You can choose from 13 distinct lighting styles (such as "Golden Hour," "Volumetric Beams," or "Studio Soft Light") and control the exact camera perspective, including Eye-level,
Low-angle (Hero), Bird's-eye (Flat Lay), and Macro close-ups. You can even dictate the composition rule,
such as "Rule of Thirds" or "Centered."
Does FOTIVO support human or animal models?

The Brand Style is our B2B consistency engine. You upload 3–5 images that represent your brand, and our AI analyzes them to extract your unique Color Palette, Lighting Style, and visual "vibe." This profile is then saved and can be locked onto future generations. This ensures that a photo generated today matches a photo generated next month, keeping your Instagram grid or catalog cohesive.
I'm not good at writing AI prompts. Can I still use this?
Yes. FOTIVO includes a "Magic Wand" Prompt Assistant. You can type a simple instruction like "soap on a rock," and our system will rewrite it into a professional, descriptive prompt optimized for the AI (e.g., "A bar of artisanal soap resting on a slate rock, rapid water flow background, cinematic lighting, 8k resolution").
How does the "Reference Image" feature work?

How do I ensure the AI doesn't distort my product?
We use Smart Compositing and Multi-Angle Awareness. You can upload multiple images of a single product (front, side, top) so the AI understands its 3D form. We also have an integrated background removal tool to isolate your product before placing it into the generated scene, ensuring your product remains the hero of the shot.
What file formats and aspect ratios are supported?
You can generate images in all standard commercial aspect ratios, including 1:1 (Square) for Facebook Instagram/Amazon, 9:16 (Vertical) for Stories/TikTok, and 16:9 (Landscape) for web banners. Final images can be downloaded as high-quality PNG files.
Can I save my settings for later?
Yes. We use a "Recipe" system which is saved in your FOTIVO dashboard. Once you create a look you love (a specific combination of lighting, camera angle, and environment), you can save it as a Recipe. You can export these Recipes as JSON files to share with your team members or other creators, ensuring everyone generates images that look like they came from the same photoshoot.
What if I don't like the first result?
FOTIVO includes a "Variations" feature that instantly generates 4 alternative takes on your prompt.

Standard (1K) at 1024px square: Fast generation for rapid iteration and testing concepts.

Does FOTIVO run in the cloud or on my computer?
FOTIVO is a modern web application. The interface runs in your browser for a snappy, app-like experience, while the heavy lifting of image generation is handled securely via the Cloud. This means you can use FOTIVO on a standard laptop without needing a powerful graphics card.

How does the credit system work?
We offer two simple monthly tiers:
1. Standard Plan ($29/mo): Includes 250 images. Perfect for independent sellers and social media managers.
2. Pro Plan ($50/mo): Includes 600 images. Designed for power users, agencies, and catalogs.
Both plans include full access to Brand Styles, Recipes, and Commercial Rights.
Do my unused credits roll over?
To keep our pricing competitive (we offer some of the lowest costs-per-image in the enterprise sector), credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. This encourages consistent content creation rather than hoarding.
Privacy & Security
Is my data secure?
Security is our priority. FOTIVO utilizes Google secure API standards. Your uploaded images and generated assets are processed securely. Furthermore, your history and custom presets are stored locally in your browser's storage, meaning we don't hold a centralized database of your proprietary prompts.
Will my brand images be used to train public AI models?
No. As a paid subscriber, your data is treated with enterprise privacy standards. Your inputs (product photos) and outputs (generated images) are not used to train models. We respect the confidentiality of your pre-release products and brand assets.
