5. AI-Generated Output

Fotivo.app makes no guarantees that output will be free of errors, distortions, or artifacts.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Fotivo.app for:

Illegal or infringing content

Misuse of copyrighted material

Creation of misleading product representations

Nude, sexual, hateful, or harmful content

Reverse engineering or misuse of the platform

Violation may lead to immediate account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, branding, and platform features belong to Fotivo.app. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

8. Pricing and Billing

By using any paid features, you agree to the pricing, billing schedule, and refund policies shown at checkout.

We may change pricing with notice on the website.

9. Third-Party Images in Examples

Fotivo.app may display sample before/after images for demonstration only. These are not sold or redistributed, and we remove them immediately upon request (see Image Use Policy).
